What is the best way to search for something? Simply choose and click a category in the navigation menu at the top of the page or in the directory listings in the middle section of the homepage. This will allow you to access the relevant websites in your chosen category. You can also use the search box at the top of the page if you have a specific search in mind. How safe is online shopping? As with any type of shopping, consumers should be aware of the precautions to be taken – please read our Internet Safety guidelines found at the top of the home page for further information. Online shopping, when done properly with the right precautions is as safe as any other form of shopping. How do I order goods or services? Websites do vary; however we have partnered with sites offering a straight forward and easy to use process. Simply browse a website range of products or service and then click "Add". This will add the product to your "shopping basket". You may repeat the process as many times as necessary. When you have added everything you want you should be able to view your basket, then you can click "complete" your order. You will then need to enter your delivery and payment information in order to complete the order. You will always receive a confirmation email detailing your order, so make sure you enter the correct email and it is a good idea to make a note of you order number as an extra precaution.
